The Catalyst Unit is active in bridging innovative drug discovery seeds in academia to patients through promoting Drug Discovery Booster provided by Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED). Specifically, the Catalyst Unit holds annual scientific symposium and publishes quarterly e-journal, “Translational and Regulatory Sciences” (TRS) to create new platform for researchers in academia, industry and regulatory authorities to contribute to medical world by translating their research activities into practical use.
